HAB Real Estate develops residential projects in Makkah and Jeddah, working to deliver property that combines build quality, contemporary design and straight dealing.
How we work
We develop a small number of units per project and stay with the build through to handover. Our first project, HAB 101 in Al Nuzha, Makkah, is complete and on the market now. We would rather a buyer walked the unit before deciding.

Our current project
HAB 101 in Al Nuzha, Makkah: eight apartments and one penthouse, ten minutes from Masjid al-Haram.
